Easter holidays – part 2

These are the goodie bags that the kids received from the Easter Bunny this year.

I have it on good authority that Mr Bunny bought the bags from the craft shop in a set of four, then decorated them with stickers from the $2 dollar shop.

Inside was a set of pyjamas, chocolate eggs and bunny ears.

Charlotte, Lucie & Callum crept out early on Sunday morning, and discovered their bags hidden in the garden.

(Luckily the Easter Bunny had hopped away just in time!)

They got so much pleasure from these bags, which were actually cheaper and a lot more practical than the usual ‘eggs with a plastic toy’ sets that I buy.

In the afternoon, we went to an Easter market at Burrawang, which was held to raise money for their ‘School of the Arts’.

We finished off the day with a bonfire at our neighbours place.

It was as exciting as a fireworks show, with the flames reaching high into the night sky, sending embers flying like shooting stars.

Have a lovely weekend! xxx
